WitnessMark ("we", "our", or "us") operates the alpr.icu, waza.icu, and yesand.icu websites. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

When you use WitnessMark, we may collect:

• Account Information: Email address used for authentication via Cloudflare Access
• Beacon Data: Device IDs, GPS coordinates, and timestamps that you embed in QR codes
• Scan Logs: When someone scans a beacon, we record: IP address, country (derived from IP), user agent, and timestamp
• Photos: Images uploaded via the yesand.icu photo sharing feature

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide the beacon tracking and logging service
• Display scan history to beacon owners
• Store and deliver uploaded photos to their intended recipients
• Maintain and improve our services

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Google Photos Integration: If you opt-in to connect your Google Photos account, uploaded photos are also sent to your Google Photos library
• Service Providers: We use Cloudflare for hosting and authentication
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law

5. Data Retention

Beacon scan logs are retained indefinitely to provide historical tracking data. You can view your scan history through the logs interface. Photos are retained until deleted by the account owner.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the logs and photos interfaces
• Delete photos you have received
• Unregister devices you own
• Request account deletion by contacting us

7. Security

Beacon payloads are encrypted using AES-128-GCM. All connections use HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Cloudflare Access.
